Old Man Duffy was funny and wise! He always advised his friends to “just let it GO!” When things were bothering them. Duffy was about 100 years old when he used to hang out daily at the Flatbush “Y”. All the boyz adored him.
They say that he never spent a single coin since he arrived to the USA in the 1920’s. He kept jars and boxes of coins all over the house. It appears that he used to only spend paper money on all his purchases and save up all the change for his hoard!
